This has been the best exercise program I’ve ever done, and due to the encouragement from staff and other crew members, it is easy to stay consistent. I love the music, the atmosphere, the coaches, and the people that I work out with on a regular basis. It is a great workout, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants exercise Without pain!

March 24 · Taryn SharpeMy only experience on a rowing machine was years ago at the gym. I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try the Restore class. I was somewhat apprehensive due to my age of 72. Every one on staff is wonderful and supportive! Jamie took the time before the class to go over the basics. I felt great during an after class. My goal is to participate 2-3xa week. The Plans and Membership prices are very reasonable.

I tried it for the first time through ClassPass as I was starting my fitness journey and seeing what kind of classes interested me most. I never thought rowing would be something I’d enjoy doing but it’s the class I look forward to most! The instructors are all so encouraging and attentive (special shout out to Coaches Jamie & Kaitlin - I feel like I work my hardest in their classes). Definitely worth checking out!
