Go workout here now! I was never one for working out with a group (I'd usually prefer a long run by myself) but Route 20 has totally changed that. Now I've been going for almost a year and don't plan on leaving. The classes are fun, challenging, and different everyday. If you're looking to hit goals the coaches do a great job at keeping you going and making sure you're making progress. If you're looking for a place to be active and just not sit on the couch they can work with that too. They cater to all levels of fitness and make everyone feel welcome.
