What a great new studio in South San Francisco! I loved the Jumpboard class — it’s fun, goes by quickly, and had a lot of diverse exercises. The workout is challenging but achievable, a perfect way to add cardio to Pilates. It’s also great to have such a variety of classes, which makes workouts fun to join and keeps me motivated. The space itself is beautiful, with fun vibes and great energy. This is such a much-needed addition to the SSF fitness scene!
