She has extensive knowledge in both fitness and nutrition. Her small group classes are challenging, have variety, and are fun. She has an extensive list of classes with a variety of times and instructors. Whether you are looking for a small group environment or one on one instruction, I highly recommend Rise Training.

The studio is clean and inviting and the staff are all professional and friendly. Plus, the workouts are challenging, fun and different every time so you don't get bored.
January 17 · Kate HuffnagleMy daughters and I have done classes with Darlene, and after having some medical issues, I am now doing personal training with her. We all love her!! She is able to train each of us at our own levels, which range from athletic ( my daughters) to middle aged and out of shape with medical issues ( me!) . I have become much stronger, thanks to her . I also have been getting my meals through her , and I am so happy with them. They are delicious, varied, calorie controlled and nutritionally balanced. Calories and nutrition content are on the top of each meal. This service has been really helpful. The meals are delivered twice a week to my home. They are fresh and just have to be microwaved. It has really helped me to control my calorie intake, and I am so grateful that this service is available. Whatever your fitness and health level or goals, Darlene will be able to work with you and keep you safe from injury. I highly recommend her and RISE training. BTW I am a physician and recommend her without reservation.

Studio was great clean easy to follow workouts (not that doing them was easy lol) and the members were so welcoming I was challenged physically but felt so at home and comfortable.
