I’ve had a bunch of different movement issues, especially knee issues, and with his help my issues are pretty much non-existent at this point. Can’t recommend him enough!As for the gym, it’s super clean, well-organized, and has a great variety of equipment. I also want to mention that as someone who has personally found strength training gyms to be a little intimidating in the past, the staff as well as the people who go here are so nice, welcoming, and supportive. It really has such a great environment/culture so even if you’re more of a novice like me, you will feel comfortable and right at home. I highly recommend both Henry and Rise Strength!
