The instructors are awesome - no class is the same music or routine. Just when you think you want to stay in bed, getting to class and sweating it out motivates you to get going! Joanna is the best and sets the tone for an inclusive and encouraging environment. Not being able to ski this year due to injury, it helped me make it through the winter with a smile and fitness. I have been going since they opened and no matter what shape I am in (pregnant, post partum, out of shape, in shape, training for a race etc) the instructors and classes meet me where I am at. Can't recommend them enough!
