★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been going to this studio consistently for a few months and have only wonderful things to say about it. I tried the new student special in November and immediately got a membership, I was hooked! Theres a variety of class types and times. I love the original hot yoga, core fire conditioning, yoga sculpt and power yoga classes. I haven’t tried the non-heated classes, but I’ve heard those are great as well. The studio is extremely welcoming - the teachers and community are so friendly and genuine. The manager Jess is always planning something new and fun, so there are special classes, workshops, or social events happening all the time which is so fun! Overall, I am so grateful I found this studio because coming to class is the highlight of my day every day!!
March 27 · Kathleen CI have been going to the Bristol studio since it opened over 10 years ago. They have a range of classes which are fun and really make me feel good. The instructors are friendly and extremely knowledgeable so are very helpful to newbies as well as those who are regulars. The studios also have special events occasionally which gives ne the opportunity to meet like minded people who care about our health.Although many of the classes are heated don't be intimidated! It is not bad at all once you get used to it. I feel so refreshed after class.
July 30 · Beth CarterSince May 2021, when I started taking classes here, both studios have been my sanctuary. Core Fire Conditioning has become my default, but I have also enjoyed Hells Bells, Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Hot Yoga Mixed, Yin Yoga, and Slow Burn. Every instructor has been kind, nonjudgmental, and fun. With them and with the kickass participants of varying ages and backgrounds, I have been able to navigate the often perilous shoals of my 70s with my head held high. I had major foot surgery in early January that has prevented me from being fully weight bearing. But with the enthusiastic and capable support of Jess and Shirley at the Bristol studio, I have been able to return to my practice at my own pace. No Core Fire yet, but it’s just around the corner! RI Hot Yoga is a gem!
March 19 · Diane BarenseI didn't think I was a hot yoga or core person, but I have enjoyed the and felt the benefits of this workout! I've lost a few pounds and am feeling stronger and more energetic in my running and in my work.
March 08 · Janet JohnsonMy friend introduced me to Rhode Island Hot Yoga a little over a year ago and I’ve been addicted ever since! Something about the hot room just makes me smile! Every instructor is amazing! They are always happy to be there and you can really tell they love what they do! Whether it’s hot yoga or core fire conditioning, you are going to sweat and have a great time in the class! I would recommend this studio over and over again!
