★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I dropped in here for a single class yesterday. I’ve been to a lot of CrossFit gyms, but this one has a pretty special vibe! The staff was very responsive and welcoming, and the workout was just what I needed. It was easy to pay for and sign up for a class online, and there was plenty of parking. If you’re in south Seattle and looking for a great WOD in a friendly place, RHF is for you!
March 11 · Lillian SimanGreat CrossFit program. I’ve need going here for over 10 years. The community is what makes it worth it. CrossFit in one building and the gym is just next door.
October 24 · Bgly 007RHF CrossFit is a non-profit and I have never heard of that until moving here to the Seattle area. The CrossFit membership also comes with access to their gym that is literally the next building over. If you want an active recovery day or maybe just some cardio, you can use the gym at no extra cost. The owners, staff, and coaches are all awesome and so are the other members. It is a great community to be a part of!
February 05 · Stephen StottThis gym does so many things well. They have a well rounded training program. They modify to meet each individual where they are at. The trainers are consistent in the ways that matter and yet varied in their teaching styles. Most of all though the community is what makes this gym stand out. It is supportive, diverse, motivating and welcoming.
February 10 · Abbie ChewGreat environment developed by great coaches who really care about their customers. On top of a great Crossfit experience, RHF has a strong purpose in bettering the community. Highly recommend.
