Revolution Spin Reviews
I really enjoyed the rides with the 3 different instructors I had this past week. For anyone new that goes to this studio, make sure you bring a towel and leave time to adjust your bike and toe cages (unless you have bike shoes with the SPD cleats, not the SPD-SL cleats normally used for road bikes). A suggestion for the studio, require a first and last name in the app when signing up so you can identify new riders and make them feel welcome. I left my name off since it wasn't required and noticed at signin that mine was the blank line.
June 20 · Rodney RussThe instructors are fine but they play the music way too loud. It is hard to get in the zone when my ears hurt from the noise! I thought about getting earplugs but figured that would be similarly unpleasant. Might go back in a bit and see if music isn't so loud..
July 11 · Eve SturdevantHere I am in the parking lot of their Albany location because the door was locked at 8:56 AM for their 9AM class. I stood there, I knocked, I tried to look for a contact number which is not available, and now I have to go home with no way of knowing how to get a refund. This class to my understanding is not virtual because there are classes listed as virtual. This is not one of them. There are no instructions upon purchase about time restrictions or anything so that leaves me to assume there is nothing wrong with showing up, dressed, at this time to sit for this class. I can hear the music, I stood out there until I could hear Alex begin. No one opened the door. Even if, let’s say it is online only which it does not state for this class, there is nothing wrong with opening the door, masked, and saying it’s online only. I want my money back, but how do I go about getting it? Beats me, no number to call.
