He's the master at "The Easy Hard Stuff," which is basically a lightweight, very controlled, seemingly easy exercise that forces you to use muscles you didn't know existed, and trading the stuff for an explication.He's very patient, understanding, not the type to yell and push or make you feel bad, but encourages you along every step of your journey, knowing that each person has their own needs, motivation, abilities, and extenuating circumstances.I love the model of training on the weekends for accountability and the hard stuff (let's face it, legs and HIIT) while programming the daily exercises to continue making progress.
