This article will give you a detailed overview of what makes this studio a top choice for a diverse and discerning clientele.
The core philosophy of Return To Life Center is centered on the idea that "change happens through movement & movement heals," a quote attributed to Joseph Pilates. This ethos is palpable in every class and every interaction. As noted by a satisfied client, the studio is home to "wonderful instructors for both mat and equipment Pilates classes and barre classes in a clean spacious studio." This high praise is a common theme, with another client stating that "none were as good as RTL Center" when compared to other independent studios and franchises. This superior quality is attributed to the instructors' deep knowledge and attentiveness, which is critical for ensuring proper form and preventing injuries.
The instructors at Return To Life Center are not just teachers; they are mentors. They are known for providing "explanations during exercises, reminders about of proper form, individual corrections and variations to accommodate different skill levels or injuries." This personalized attention is a key differentiator, and it’s a reason why so many people feel they get a truly effective and safe workout. One customer raved about how their instructor, Sara, "always finds creative ways to correct my posture and make the experience fun while keeping the workout intense." This balance between intensity and enjoyment is what keeps clients coming back, leading to tangible results like "increased strength and stability" from consistent attendance.
The studio's dedication to a positive and effective experience extends to its physical space. It is described as "clean and comfortable with mats, equipment and props that are well kept." This commitment to a high-quality environment enhances the overall practice, allowing students to focus on their movements without distraction. The studio also intentionally limits its class sizes to ensure that "all students have sufficient space and can be seen by the instructor." This thoughtful approach ensures that every individual receives the attention they need to progress and feel supported throughout their journey. The cleanliness and attention to detail contribute to the "beautiful and clean" studio environment that clients appreciate.
Beyond the mat, Return To Life Center is a business that reflects the values of its community. It is proudly "LGBTQ+ friendly" and a "Transgender safespace," creating an atmosphere where all individuals can feel safe, respected, and welcomed. This inclusive culture is a powerful element of the studio's appeal, making it a true haven in the city for people from all walks of life. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Wonderful instructors for both mat and equipment Pilates classes and barre classes in a clean spacious studio. I've taken Pilates and barre classes in several places; independent studios, gym clubs, and franchise barre studios and none were as good as RTL Center. The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive which comes through in their explanations during exercises, reminders about of proper form, individual corrections and variations to accommodate different skill levels or injuries. The class sizes are limited to ensure all students have sufficient space and can be seen by the instructor. The studio is clean and comfortable with mats, equipment and props that are well kept.
April 14 · Karen SimonsonThis is an excellent studio for Pilates! The instructors are so knowledgeable and attentive. The studio is beautiful and clean. Sara always finds creative ways to correct my posture and make the experience fun while keeping the workout intense. I’ve felt great results of feeling increased strength and stability from attending consistently. I highly recommend RTL!
July 07 · Amanda StambroskyAmazing attention to detail, clean atmosphere, and lovely staff. There is nothing better than leaving a Pilates class feeling both relaxed and worked. Sara was an amazing teacher who is knowledgeable and takes wonderful care of her clients. I will be back.
July 07 · Maria SilviaDefinitely a game-changer! The instructors are AMAZING, they are attentive, patient and your health is their top priority. I've had lower back pain for 2+ years, the private lesson was the most help for the pain that I've had in 2 years of going to different doctors. The location is convenient and the studio itself is very clean, relaxing and comfortable. As soon as you walk through the door you're greeted and made to feel welcomed and comfortable. They offer beginners through advanced classes in Pilates, Yoga and Barre. I look forward to going to this studio for the exercise and for the people.
June 23 · Omar RodriguezRTL is a terrific pilates studio. Ive been attending private sessions with Gudbjorg and Sara for over 7 years. I have been working out regularly for many years and doing Pilates for over 10 years and RTL is top level and you will get extremely knowledgeable instructors and great results
