I did one on one sessions with her in her home, she was very flexible and easy to contact.My first session was a time for her to get to know my goals and my body's strengths and weaknesses. Then she made a routine she thought was best and spent about 2-3 sessions to teach it to me so I can do it at home on my own. Renee was patient with me and was really knowledgeable. I already felt the improvement in my strength! I am not in the process of staying consistent with the routine she made me, and I know I can contact her whenever I want for questions. Once I am ready to learn a routine that's harder, I will definitely contact her for more personal sessions to learn a new routine! I have never attended her group classless but I absolutely recommend her private sessions, especially if you are not one to work out regularly and have a medical condition!Renee is a teacher, encourager, and friend! She never made me feel rushed when I was learning, she explained each step and the reasons for why she chose them for my routine.

Not only were the sessions fun and enjoyable they were extremely informative with printed handouts and a real focus on alignment and correct posture in poses. I heartily recommend Renee.
