Old fashioned gym lots of equipment to achieve your goals everyone welcome. Including the beginner
April 29 · Eric ProssI was only in town for a few weeks and was super happy to find a gym that would allow me to workout for little money without any commitments. Amanda was great and the gym had everything I needed for a good workout! It was clean and had lots of equipment/room to meet all my needs. If I'm back in in the area again, I will definitely go to this gym.
August 24 · Lora Wang-ConwayGreat experience. Amanda and Chris went out of their way to get me access to the gym on short notice when I was in town for a couple weeks. Gym had everything. It was well maintained and very clean. Plenty of equipment and 24/7 access! Friendly folks. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
July 02 · Clayton ManningSays online staffed everyday from 4-9pm. Showed up, no one was there. Called the number and the voice-mail said 4:30pm it would be staffed. Waited until 5pm, no one showed up. Called multiple times, two different phone numbers zero answer. If you can't get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment and you can't get in to use a guest pass how can you check out the gym. Complete joke especially after watching 1 person let multiple people in.
March 29 · will carrNot quite state of the art but great value. Equipment is older but is good equipment. In some cases better than newer gyms. Has about everything you need. And easily accessible. Great value gym.
