I joined Reck almost 2 years ago and I've never felt stronger or healthier than I do now. The 30 day challenges have made me more aware of various nutrition facts and have helped me better my eating patterns. They provide a variety of classes for everyone with every day being a different kind of workout, even if you come consistently at the same times! The staff and the members are all fun to train with and with the new expansion downstairs, there is so much more room for all the fun (albeit sometimes painful) activities!

Even if you're a beginner they will take the time to help you learn the exercises and they will meet you at your level of fitness. They have different style of classes such as yoga, boot camps and boxing all of them are great as well as the staff. Reck fitness is one of those gyms that makes you want to come back the next day even if you feel like you just got ran over by a truck. (that's how good the workouts are.)
