RCF Barbell Club Sodo Reviews
Dropped in while traveling through and loved the space. The platforms are very slippery but besides that: quality equipment, clean, great bars, solid spin, cute as a dang button, and dog friendly! We spent 90 minutes training, and one guy was in there the whole time, he was quietly friendly and respectful. We’ll definitely be back!Oh! And the process of getting in was super fast and considerate, they even checked in to make sure I got in alright. Give yourself a few extra min to download the app as it’s the key! Again, strong recommendation to visit!
September 13 · Holly xvxI came for the Barbell Basics class with Coach Cam after seeing a post on Instagram and signing up in advance. The space is such a nice environment and everyone was so welcoming. As someone who often finds gyms intimidating, I felt very at ease and felt like Cam really did a great job of catering to a beginner like me while also balancing some of my classmates who were at a more intermediate/advanced level. Despite being a tad sore, I'm definitely looking forward to coming to my next class!

The gym is beautiful with so much color and light and their equipment was top notch. It was such a welcoming environment and I was happy to get my training in during my stay!
