He invited me to his business to get accustomed with them and invited me to come back. I haven't been back but I'm glad to see he's still helping people. I had one of the BEST STRETCHES OF MY LIFE HERE. IT FELT SOOOO GOOD. But it's a nice place to go in Raleigh and I didn't feel judged while I was there.Keep up the good work.

We had fun but were challenged in taking care of our bodies. A lady shared how she was a caregiver and let herself go, but was now reviving her life. Wade Harris, his wife and staff are professional and help those willing to press. They gave us opportunity to return for individual help.

Malik has taken my fitness to a new level, but more importantly, his training is worth the investment to my health. He is highly skilled and incredibly knowledgeable, and also will encourage you to give better than your best in each session. He keeps me on track by consistently checking in, he’s genuinely enthusiastic and cares about his clients, and his workouts are never the same. A nonsense attitude, mixed with weight training and intense cardio routines will whip anyone who is willing to take it on into shape in no time. Now I look forward to training to beat my own personal records!
