Overall it’s been a great experience- they have all the equipment I need, it’s very clean, the sauna is great. and although the parking in the lot is limited, you can always find parking on the street. My only issue is that the staff used to be friendlier and greet people. They would always say “Hi, have a great workout” or something. However, I’ve noticed that this is rarely the case anymore even when you greet them first. It may seem minor to some, but customer service is huge today. Just saying

You will not get parking and they just park in there blocking you from coming out too while wedding going on. Zero enforcement. Happened three times already. Get here. No parking because everyone from the temple is parked over. Waste of time. Find other gyms that actually make sure their lots are enforced and members aren’t inconvenienced or trapped in their lot.

I called to ask about membership pricing because online all it says is “starts at $42 a month” so while i was getting my sentence out to explain that i wanted to learn more, I was rudely cut off and told it starts at $42 a month… like.. I knew that, thats why i called to find out more. Bad first impression for someone trying to join..

It’s clear that the new manager has no regard for member experience and lacks even the most basic customer service skills. The sauna has been in poor condition for weeks now, and nothing has been done to fix it, despite multiple complaints from members.The men’s sauna still doesn’t reach the proper temperature, it’s supposed to operate between 180°F and 190°F, but ever since they installed the new control system, it hasn’t come close. This isn’t a new issue; it’s been brought up time and time again, but nothing has been resolved. It feels like our concerns are falling on deaf ears. The neglect and lack of urgency from management is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
