The classes are 30-45 min that give you a total body workout, combining strength training & cardio. You never get bored because it's different everyday. You also won't feel intimidated because all fitness levels are welcome. If you are returning from an injury or took a long hiatus from exercising, all the coaches are very supportive & motivating in providing modifications. They can also assist with nutrition by educating you on better choices & recipes while evaluating what your macros should be. I personally came back from an 8 month running injury at the end of July and had to start from scratch. It was discouraging with so much weight gain & being out of shape, but Pursuit of Fitness played an integral part in regaining my stamina, strength & confidence. It's been nearly 20 weeks & I'm currently 35 lbs down with a few more to go! If you want results with a family friendly atmosphere, come join us!
