What a beautiful studio and amazing team of instructors! I hang in TC often so when I’m up there this is going to be part of my routine.Day 1 - Had an awesome private lesson with Holli - so informative and highly recommend you do this before going to any group classes.Day 2 - Went to a cute lil quick class with Julie and learned even more foundation!Day 3 - first group class with Jen - phenomenal and challenging. I was sweaty but felt so great after. Addicted!Day 4 - was supposed to leave this day but found time to fit in a class and I’m glad I did. Group class with Holli that was unique from all the others.The cool part about this spot is they actually teach you. Many studios - Pilates or not - allow you to fly by without feedback, which can be dangerous to your body! I’m SO glad that they are challenging, supportive, and particular all at the same time.Come here to discover Pilates and your next workout addiction! 🤸🏾♀️

She and everyone at the studio are incredibly well educated and really understand body mechanics and how to guide you through a session to help you meet your goals. Everything is perfectly maintained and always clean, a combination of techniques are used to really maximize your time and abilities in the studio, and the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and positive. There are so many reasons to go: a great workout, stress relief, pain relief, core strength, etc. Thank you to everyone there for being amazing!

Jennifer was super accommodating of our request and Holli was an amazing instructor! If you live downstate like we do, but travel up north regularly, their packages never expire! A fantastic benefit of flexibility that I definitely value. We can’t wait to come back!

The instructors do an amazing job paying attention to every person in class to help strengthen skills and develop techniques!
