Everyday task required more effort with more side effects. Soreness from shoveling and carrying heavy loads. No energy and more stress as years passed. Then I found this gym. THE gym. After one year I am in better shape than I was half my age. It turns out that today's every day life does not put loads on our bodies on a daily basis like our bodies were designed for. You are a machine. At Pure Life Fitness you will do exercises that properly load your body to build up strength, endurance, power and reverse the sick aging phenotype. There are two types of aging.
