I’m still new to yoga/hot yoga.I took the Pulse class and would recommend for all levels. The yoga instructor took her time with each workout and showed every move, making it easy to follow along. The yoga studio had a friendly and upbeat atmosphere, creating a welcoming space. I wanted to gatekeep this place but I fear it’s all I am going to talk about. Looking forward to booking more classes :)
