I had never attended guided group workouts before (with the exception of growing up in dance classes) but I felt a random spark and decided since it was close to home that I should check it out. I let my friends know I was going to a class and asked if they would join me.Our first class was EPIC! I just completed my introduction week and I can’t wait for more!! I was unexpectedly surprised to find the classes are exactly what I didn’t even know I was searching for. Working out in a group gives you that extra little push - and it’s super fun!! After just a week I can already feel my body thanking me. I feel stronger and I feel excited because it’s cracking open my love for movement in a new way.I nibbled on a bit of everything and I can say that all the instructors are so unique, and every class offers something different. My favorite classes were my first class with Bet, my second class with Tasha and a Yogalates with Susan. I’m inspired and excited to make Pulse Barre a new part of my practice.
