Proving Ground is just what you need if you’re looking for a place where you can get stronger and have an amazing community. First of all and most importantly, the workouts are challenging and diverse in an intentional scientific way. Not randomly trying to make you sweat or become injury prone. Secondly, the team of coaches and staff are so welcoming and really make working out fun. It is really great whether you have been working out forever or are beginning again- no matter what your level. I am so happy PG exists- we need more in the area, come see for yourself!
