★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1PPY is my haPPY place! The studio is always spotless and the people and staff are welcoming and friendly. I have never been consistent with exercising, but within my first year at PPY I completed 200 classes. I always feel better when I leave than when I walked in.
August 25 · Alyson CatalanI was never a yoga person, but after taking a few lunch classes w friends with Robin I was hooked. It feels like a second home and everyone is so welcoming. Whether I want to go get my butt kicked or lay on the floor for an hour PPY does it all. Robin especially has taught me so much and yet doesn't take it all too seriously which is the best balance I can imagine. I could not recommend enough.
June 08 · Piper IrelandPPY is such a warm & welcoming yoga community. The variety of classes & instructors means there’s always a class that works for my schedule & meets my yoga needs.
June 16 · Jamie FaithI recently attended a Vinyasa flow class at this studio, and I have to say, it’s a great space! The atmosphere is welcoming and the energy is uplifting, making it a perfect environment for yoga practice. The flow was well-structured, and I appreciated the variety of poses we explored throughout the session. However, I did find myself wishing for a bit more personal attention in terms of adjustments. While the instructor was knowledgeable and led the class with enthusiasm, I felt that a few more hands-on adjustments could have really enhanced my experience and helped me refine my alignment.Overall, it's a fantastic studio that I would recommend to anyone looking to deepen their practice. I just hope to receive a bit more individualized guidance during my next visit.
January 07 · AM LTThere’s a huge range in the type of classes you can take. From Slow, meditative classes in the annex with Islay or working your @ off in hot sculpt with Michelle. There are three (and I think soon to be four) locations that are all included in the unlimited pass. There are tons of different teachers and different styles available so if you don’t like a class you can always try someone new.The unlimited class is really unlimited. I started as a complete beginner and went to about 50 classes in the last 19 days (not recommended but I wanted to really try every class available) and I loved almost every one. They have an ok sized parking lot on Bassett (if there is a waitlisted class, you’ll need to park at a meter in the street) There are more spaces to park at the East location. On week days they usually start classes at 5:30am (which I thought was ridiculous originally but) those are my favorite to get to right before work and there is a Night Owls class that ends at 9:45pm so you can take a class at almost any time, even on your lunch break for only $5.They have Boxed Water for sale and you can rent or buy everything there (like mats or supplies) The front desk is pretty helpful as well.If you’re looking to try yoga, I would definitely recommend PPY.
