★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took Thita's vinyasa class and it was great! Her sequence has a lot of twisting poses and they were just what I needed. She shared some yoga philosophy as well and they resonated well with me.The studio is very new and very clean. It's on the second floor. They also have a few bathrooms which are very clean as well. However they do not have a shower. They offer free mat rental and usual yoga props like blocks, straps, and blankets.I took public transit here which is plenty. I'm not sure about the parking situation but I can imagine that it's tricky since this is literally next to the Pike Place Market.
July 02 · Tiratat Patana-anakeI just took my first yoga class in a decade, and it was a fantastic experience! The studio has such a welcoming atmosphere, and even though many people seemed to know each other, I felt instantly at home. The free community class was perfect for all levels, and I really appreciated how accommodating it was. Katie, the instructor, was absolutely amazing! With old triathlon injuries, I was worried about my joints, but she guided us through modifications beautifully. My muscles feel happily worked today, and my joints feel great – no pain at all! I'm definitely looking for more of Katie's classes!
