Both coaches understand how to positively inspire young kids to work hard. Our sons have improved tremendously in their batting technique, which has directly correlated to their confidence at bat. Highly recommend!

They do an amazing job at tailoring an exercise and nutrition program for you and keep you motivated and focused! They have also always been very flexible if I have had to miss or reschedule for one of my kid’s many commitments. My son also loves their athlete training program for middle school/high school athletes. I cant say enough about this place!
