★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I absolutely love this yoga studio. As someone who is not flexible, Amanda has been super understanding of my needs, offering lots of modifications and reminding me to give grace to myself. The gentle vinyasa is the best yoga or fitness class I've ever taken - it's a wonderful way to check in with your body and find your center. It's like therapy! I can't wait to try out more of their classes.
April 16 · Rachel BeatonI took the mat Pilates class with Telisha. I signed up through ClassPass! I like how she combines yoga elements into our practice. She also plays fun music that honestly just makes me happy! She is a great instructor and the class is challenging. I enjoyed the class so much that I came back again and brought a friend along. The space is intimate and very pleasant. The people in the class are very dedicated to the practice and there is a calm atmosphere. I will be coming back often.
February 03 · Chatrani RamprashadI absolutely loved the detox vinyasa class with Arta as my instructor. This class is very calming while also building some fire with twists and binds. Very clear instructions, soothing music and voice, and educational. I highly recommend trying!!
February 05 · Nita GPrana is truly a one of a kind yoga studio. So many studios (and instructors) have this air of pretension about them. But Prana doesn't. I've always felt extremely welcomed and embraced for where I'm at in my practice. Amanda, the owner, is a gem of a human, and her love of and dedication to the practice to yoga shines through in every class. The space is calming, airy, and beautifully decorated, too. I strongly recommend this studio for beginners and seasoned yogis!
October 06 · Haleigh CatalanoI love Amanda's studio. She's creating a friendly, accessible and warm space to practice yoga. My personal favorite class is Amanda's Thursday night Yin class, with meditation after. It's a mid week treat. I also love Telisha's Saturday classes - she brings great flow and energy and also compassion and lessons to remind ourselves of.
