Sam Calvano, the owner and main teacher, gives such great instructions and inspirations in each and every class. She provides a flow sequence, which starts out with some basic poses, and then she adds on, eventually moving the class through a complex sequence at a faster pace which is an unexpectedly good workout. Her guided cool-downs are wonderful and help you put your priorities in order! What I mean is that you learn to value being present in the moment, and practicing mindfulness as an important part of the yoga practice.
