★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Nice clean, bright, and friendly studio. A variety of equipment that’s well maintained and sanitized after every class by students with a gentle cleanser. Short schedules Fri-Sun so might be tricky to fit your class in if you aren’t available before 12-2pm. But otherwise between the multiple locations it’s fairly flexible to find a time, especially when you reach V2 and have more options. They have a bathroom, cubbies, and grip socks for sale on site, but no water fountain. One late exception without fee but otherwise $15 12hrs ahead or $25. They have a 5 class Groupon in addition to membership options on their site
August 19 · Tina WangBefore I signed up for a membership, I read Google reviews, but I still decided to give it a try. I ended up proving myself wrong.1. The booking system and schedule at this gym are extremely unfriendly, with rare availability and zero flexibility. It's frustrating because even getting on the waitlist for popular classes is nearly impossible. Many times, I've been forced to settle for awkward time slots like 11am because all the popular classes are fully booked. What's worse, many people cancel their bookings at the last minute, like at 10:59pm. At that minute, popular classes open up. However, I've had to pay $15 to cancel 11am class and switch to the better time. This is how I end up paying for someone else's selfishness. It happens all the time!! I call front desk, the 6pm class has open slot, can you move me from 11 am class, I was told this can't be done in the system.2. Furthermore, the staff here are very transactional, which is okay since I come here for my own benefit. What's worse, some instructors are disrespectful to students, humiliating and laughing at them when they make mistakes. This behavior is completely unacceptable.Overall, my experience at this gym has been disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.
April 22 · AAs much as i love this place yet they have Worst worst worst polices i have ever seen. They charge you on everything not only showing up late but for canceling a class 9 hours and not “12 hours” before the class. $15 for every late cancelation is crazy.
May 11 · Yasmin shouliHorrible experience with help desk. Leslie, who assisted was not helpful in pointing to the right policies and was not reespectful of my time. One of the teachers, when asked doubt asked me to watch youtube video, lol, why would I pay if I had to watch youtube videos.Campbell location is super bad. Also, they have ridiculous policies regarding cancellation and the classes are always full which means you are lucky if you can enroll to a class.
October 31 · navami murthyFantastic studio. Super clean extremely knowledgeable staff smaller classes so you’ll get the attention you need. Reasonably priced. I love it here. I don’t like to work out but have been super excited and can’t wait for my next class! Also they are very technologically advanced. Everything can be done via your app which also reminds you of your classes. It’s amazing! Thank you for opening up a San Mateo location!! And making me healthier!
