Amy is an AMAZING instructor! After having kids, I wanted my prebaby body back. I was nervous to start Pilates but Amy was so patient, knowledgable, and kind. She helped me with my form and made sure we started at a pace that suited me. My main concerns were my core and my back pain and Amy was able to teach me new techniques to strengthen my body and alleviate my pain. I have noticed a tremendous improvement with my energy and strength in only a few weeks. I no longer dread working out, but instead am determined and excited to continue with my wellness journey. I found pilates to be great for strengthening and toning all over, my focus was my core, and overall more flexibility. I also found the breathing techniques helpful for everyday life stressors.
