I have always been into yoga and was a beginner coming into pilates, but she was excellent at breaking down the differences and taught the fundamentals to me so well. What I love is that she is excellent at pointing out strengths and weaknesses that I didn’t know about and tailors each session to my specific needs! Its not just about repetition of the movements —she guides you to make sure you are doing them in correct form and made me fall in love pilates :) highly recommend!
