The teachers are also very kind and accommodating and there's a free parking lot to make everything convenient.
December 18 · Cindy KimI had a cruciate ligament surgery in 2019 and practiced yoga. Although I regained flexibility, it was difficult to fully recover because no muscles developed in the operated leg. In the winter of 2022, I discovered Piladaum Pilates and started seeing muscle development in my leg. Now I can even go hiking. I can bend my leg to pick up things and play soccer. The instructor provides personalized classes with different plans each week and helps to strengthen the desired muscles with precise movements. I am sincerely grateful to make new life! Thank you❤️❤️

Having recently moved back from NY to LA, I was desperate to continue training in pilates but was unsure of where to go.First off, the studio and equipment is clean and new. Sometimes you do share the space with another client and instructor but everyone is usually working out too hard to even notice it. Parking can be spotty on the weekend, but if you park before 12pm, you can get away with bypassing valet.As a dentist, I'm often plagued with severe neck, shoulder, back and hip pain. Even during our first consultation, Elisha was able to pinpoint all the problem areas that I have without me having to tell her. She is detailed, patient and intuitive with which body areas need to be focused on. The chronic pain that I suffer from always feels better after every session so I can definitely feel the results! I only wish that I live closer to her so that I can train with her everyday...If you're a fellow dentist in pain, look no further than starting pilates here with Elisha.

Her skills are exceptional and can quickly recognizes your weakest points to help you become stronger. She not only pushes you so that you have fast results, but you just feel great about yourself after each session!At my last session, I told her that she is absolutely wonderful, and everyone in the class nods and agrees with a smile. The instructor is very knowledgeable and passionate about her business. She always modifies the positions for weaker and stronger students which makes you feel like you can nail the whole movements regardless of the ability or mastery. I think my favorite thing about Piladaum is that the instructor challenges me every session and I've been able to regain confidence and a ton of strength! Also, the studio itself is spacious, clean and very well equipped. Thanks Piladaum!
