★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've had an amazing time at Patva Yoga as an absolute beginner to Yoga. All of the instructors are so patient and understanding during practice. Even though I was entirely new to everything, each practice was structured in a way that felt catered to those that were new like me as well as being suitable for more experienced yogis that could take more advanced modifications. There is also plenty of equipment made available (blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters, etc.) so all that's needed is a yoga mat. Class sizes are not too large which helps to get more personalized instruction periodically. Each instructor also works hard to get to know each person to understand any past injuries or problem areas which allows them to provide custom advice for everyone to make the most of each practice.Highly recommend Patva Yoga for anyone that is interested in yoga!
September 14 · W WI absolutely love Patva Yoga! I started with the Beginner Yoga Series after a long break and immediately fell in love with the place. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and seen. The classes are thoughtfully led and always leave me feeling calm, grounded, and more connected.Arpana and Dee are both amazing teachers—so knowledgeable, kind, and down-to-earth. Both create such inclusive, non-intimidating spaces for everyone, from absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners. Every class is thoughtfully guided and feels deeply intentional. The studio has a warm, peaceful vibe, and the community is just lovely. It is a truly wonderful place to grow and deepen your practice, feel good in your body, and be part of a mindful and supportive community.
July 24 · Magda KadluczkaArpana is an exceptional yoga instructor who truly understands different body types and limitations. Her classes maintain an easy, comfortable pace that's perfect for beginners and those dealing with growing weight or pain issues. Thanks to her personalized attention and modified poses, I've noticed significant improvement in my flexibility. She creates a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where everyone can practice comfortably. Highly recommend her classes for anyone looking to start or maintain their pre-partum yoga journey!
April 16 · Anika RamachandranI've been going to prenatal yoga classes at Patva Yoga in Bothell and it's honestly been one of the best parts of my week. 💛 The instructors, Arpana and Hunter, are so thoughtful and give each of us personal attention to make sure we're moving safely and breathing with intention. The classes include stretching, core work, pelvic floor strengthening, and end with the most peaceful Yoga Nidra meditation. It’s such a supportive space for pregnancy — everything is modified to meet your body where it’s at.If you're expecting and looking for a grounding, authentic yoga practice (plus free parking and online options!), I can’t recommend Patva enough. 🙏
April 08 · Deepthi RaoPatva yoga is a rarity among studios. The focus is more traditional and technique based. If you want strength, balance and flexibility, you will find it here. If you want sweating and cardio this isn’t your place. If you want to deepen your practice, skill wise, you need to try here. You will be met at your level and then taught how to advance. Arpana is a master at creating sequences to prepare the body for challenging poses. There is no music, heat or gongs. No distractions, just you and your mind.
