★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I went to the Yoga Retreat at Luna Lodge, Costa Rica in February of 2025. It was truly an amazing experience! The resort was a quiet place in the middle of the rainforest in perfect alignment with Nicole's philosophy of yoga teaching. Nicole was very diligent both before and during the retreat sending us emails about our needs and hopes for the trip; her instructions on what to bring, how to prepare and what to expect were very helpful. From the first class she was able to build group comradely by talking about our individual and group intentions and through chanting. The quiet and technology free environment helped us tune in and complete the spiritual journey we were on. Every class was built on the one before helping us grow naturally our practice. The classes were made for every lever and every body type. As a middle age, not very fit individual, I felt confident, taken care of and seen. I recommend the retreat without reservations. 5 stars!
March 19 · Angeliki PesiridouAwesome instructor and facility!! I was new to yoga when I first came to Nicole several years ago. Before beginning she took the time to assess what my intentions were and determine any limitations or injuries I had. She’s very cognizant about her students’ needs and is always concerned about injury prevention. The studio is a calming and comfortable environment and very conducive to good practice. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, Nicole will do an excellent job guiding and encouraging you in your practice!
March 28 · Mark HeffernanPacific Yoga is the welcome mat to zen. What a beautiful studio and environment. Nicole, the instructor and owner, is one of a kind. She truly takes an interest in each student and guides us to a beautiful space of energy and peace
June 06 · Pat DuffPacific Yoga is a true haven in the city. The owner, Nicole, has a vast wealth of yogic knowledge, warm & genuine personality, and the ability to keep her students safe and tailor practice to each individual. I feel these attributes differentiate her studio from many of the other “lifestyle” yoga studios in the area. Show up as you are, and leave feeling grounded and encompassed in calm. Very grateful for this gem of a studio. Also to note, the prenatal classes are wonderful!
August 08 · Katie HickmanPacific Yoga is my happy place. I absolutely adore Nicole and am so grateful for the skills and strength she has taught me. I had a really hard time with working out and moving my body after the pandemic. Nicole created a safe space and provides a wide array of classes to explore and learn for beginners. I feel myself getting stronger and more confident in my practice because of her. I am so glad I found this place.
