October 15 · Breanna SmithI came into the certification program as an already certified and practicing Pilates instructor. I was looking for a program that would provide a deeper exploration of the science of movement and exercise. I have been working my way through various courses over the last year at PNWP and I have been so impressed by the level of knowledge and professionalism of each member of the training team. Concepts and exercises are clearly explained and deeply explored. Regressions and progressions are explained and attempted. I also appreciate the ability to take classes as modules instead of one combined program that includes all apparatuses. This format allows me to move through the modules while balancing a full-time job, family, and life. The cost of tuition is competitive, and the quality of education is well and above other programs. I cannot recommend PNWP enough!
