I started with Cass, as my one-on-one trainer, over two years ago, twice a week and have steadily moved forward. The environment has always been safe, especially during the pandemic. Normal trainers you get bored, she made it fun (well not fun) every time. Plus having her dogs there made it much more enjoyable. I plan on utilizing the erg classes over the winter months. Cass knew exactly what I needed, which muscle groups to target in training sessions to be successful at dragon boating and outrigger canoeing. Most importantly, Cass helped me transform my body back to a healthy state. The mental part of training is just as important as the physical and as I approach my late 40's, P3PE has covered both aspects of the training that I specifically need.I have been a competitive athlete my whole life and Cass has helped me find a healthy balance when it comes to training.

I have been doing their virtual group-erg classes 3x/week religiously, and my endurance, technique and mental game have improved by leaps and bounds due to their coaching. I’m good at training on my own, but this takes it to a new level in terms of motivation and encouragement. Everyone from the recreational fitness enthusiast, to very competitive athletes, to people new to sport, just looking to get in shape, should definitely check out P3PE either virtually (over Zoom) or in person.
