★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been coming to OSI for almost 6 months, and I can’t imagine being a member anywhere else! I’ve done a mix of personal 1:1 training, small group training and group classes and can honestly say the quality of both the instructors and the curriculum is top notch. I’ve been a member of quite a few gyms over the years, and I feel the strongest I’ve ever felt by far in 6 months than I ever did elsewhere. The trainers (esp shout out Cathy!) truly care about your success, whatever that means to you and whatever your starting point is, and they approach your growth with intentionality AND empathy. The community of members is welcoming, and I truly enjoy coming here throughout the week. No intimidation, no aggressive tactics, just absolute top tier professionals in a great atmosphere where everyone wants you to succeed.
September 10 · Sarah CassidyI've had an incredible experience at this gym! The facility is top-notch—clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed for all types of training. What really sets it apart, though, are the coaches. They genuinely care about you—not just as a member, but as a person. They take the time to understand your personal goals and partner with you every step of the way to help you reach them. Whether you're just starting out or pushing for new personal bests, this is the kind of place that supports and challenges you.
July 30 · Steven EisenbergI’ve always been intimidated by gyms so never thought I’d join one, but I LOVE my Seniors classes! The coaches are caring and patient, but very serious about keeping us safe and pushing us to get stronger. My classmates are friendly and encouraging. I’m happy to have found OSI.
July 05 · Jeanette SukhuA few months ago if you would have told me that I would be going to a gym three days a week and that I would LOVE it, I never would have believed it! OSI has not only changed my outlook but also my body in only a few months! The trainers are amazing! So patient, thorough, and fun. Nobody is looking at you, judging, etc. It is a small, relaxed, and comfortable environment. Highly recommend!!
April 18 · Wendy TringaliMy daughter participates in a teen strength training program and she has nothing but positive things to say. She enjoys the workouts, really likes the coach and her peers. She feels more confident, strong and actually looks forward to a “tough workout”.
