I would have never pushed myself to do these workouts on my own. It has pushed me to do more than I knew I could do. It is amazing what I have been able to achieve. It’s the first time I have ever actually enjoyed working out! The coaches are all great. The staff and members are all super friendly and motivating. September 10 · Patricia GesinI enjoyed when I first joined Lafayette it was proactive and motivating. The coaches at the Lafayette location helped me ease in as a new member. When I moved to Valparaiso, I started going to the gym there and immediately felt a change in the coach's motive. The class just completely beat my body up. I had severe neck and back pain after class sometimes where I could not move for days. I told the coaches many times I was struggling with pains, and they did not provide much guidance. When I went to cancel, I got stuck with double payments. It's clearly all about money and now I have ongoing back/neck pain. I have never had issues with working out even with several personal trainers. Proper lifting guidance is needed which is hard to do in a huge class. I am now dealing with an ongoing slipped disc in my neck, and I am in so much pain every day. I cannot stress how important proper lifting techniques are. Like I said I have had several personal trainers in the past and they always stressed this as well. I never had a problem before. I really do not understand the motive of working out to the point of wanting to puke and being in so much pain you cannot function.
