I stumbled across a sign for “Orange Theory coming soon to Buffalo”. I was looking for my next challenge, so, why not? Best decision ever! Every class is different, working muscles that you didn’t even know you have. Every class has elite athletes mixed in with people just starting their journey, and trying to get comfortable on the treadmill, and everything in between. Coaches and support staff are amazing! I used to go for a great workout. Now, I go to see my fiends, and have a great time….i just happen to get a great workout along the way!If you’re looking to take your exercise program to the next level, this is your place. If you want to start your fitness journey, and are a little nervous, or hesitant, this is your place. If you want to jump start a stale workout, or to be challenged again, this is your place.
