Collier helped me so much when I first joined OTF and struggled with some of the movements on the weight floor. He is so patient and incredibly kind, always offering suggestions but also recognizing when I got it right! He also does a particularly good job giving encouragement on the treadmill when you’re just about to give up, somehow always finding the right words to keep you going and reminding you that you can do hard things!
