I’ve tried out most group fitness classes on the market & have never found one with this environment. The coaches (especially Coach H & Coach Cy) genuinely just care that you achieve the results you’re seeking regardless of where you’re at in your fitness journey. The staff is outstanding & has been so accommodating to my needs (especially the Manager Milly)- in my opinion the staff & diverse workouts they offer makes the price of this gym so worth it. The music is amazing, the environment is supportive & non-judgemental & I’m sooooo happy I found a place I FINALLY am seeing results at.
