They definitely know what they're doing and will share their knowledge if you ask (except for Coach Laurie, she'll give it to you even if you don't ask!). Coach Kyle may aggressively clap in the background but that's just Coach Kyle doing his thing and I wouldn't have it any other way. The staff is awesome and they have fun events planned throughout the month to look forward to. Studio is always clean and parking is never an issue. I'm so grateful to have a studio like this supporting me on my fitness journey.

April 02 · Ricardo BermudezThe studio is a large, open floor, with brand new high quality treadmills, water rowers, and benches with weights and TRX straps. The treadmills and rowers have iPads attached displaying stats. The studio also has multiple showers, bathrooms and lockers and an area with vanity mirrors.But what distinguishes Orangetheory from other studios and gyms is the expert coaching. The coaches are all ACE-certified and also go through OTF’s rigorous training. They guide you every step of the way like a private personal trainer and are all outgoing and exuberant. There’s really nothing else like it.
