They know how to push you and get the most out of each workout and can even get you out of your comfort zone. I know personally, I have pushed myself harder than I thought was possible and have got a little better at each exercise as weeks have passed. This is a testament to the trainers and studio atmosphere. Every one of the participants being in the workout together helps motivate and drive success on a group and individual level. The coaches take the time to go over each workout on the floor and even provide some personal coaching if necessary, which is great for me as I am fairly new to a lot of the techniques. I feel empowered to keep doing better and getting stronger!The pandemic has been challenging however all the staff at this gym go above and beyond in ensuring the environment is safe and clean. Everyone is diligent with masks and social distancing. This is THE best gym and the best workout you’ll get!!

I feel that I can push myself and get the most out of the workout by occasionally monitoring my HR progress and using other patrons as a gauge. The atmosphere is great, and the instructors are motivating. I'm so glad that I found this workout. It was just what I needed to challenge myself both mentally and physically and to keep myself accountable. Thank you, Orangetheory!
October 14 · Yasmine AllenThis place was a game changer for me. I was spending too much time trying to figure out my workouts and getting interrupted by my kids. The amazing coaches tell me exactly what to do and are always checking form. The workout is different every day, so I'm never bored. It's always interval training with a mix of treadmill, rowing, and the weight floor. It's challenging, but you go at your own pace because you wear a heart monitor that tells you exactly where you are at so you can adjust your workouts. There's many class times to choose from, and I like the the classes are usually between 20-25 people.
