★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have regularly taken classes at OTF Belmont for the last few years. After taking classes at two other locations, I feel that this location is the cleanest I have been to. There is ample parking in the back lot, which is great when you’re running a bit late. They just got new treadmills (spring 2025) They also have two heavyweight racks and two racks of Y-bells. The staff is great, and my favorite coaches are Maggie, Kim, Rachel and Kate. For folks taking class for the first time, the morning sun comes through in locations 1-3, and afternoon sun is at the other end of the room (12-15)….if that matters to you. They typically run a 2G, and there is often room in classes, which is great for me because my schedule is somewhat unpredictable.
May 25 · Jennifer YSOrange Theory Fitness classes are for everyone at all fitness levels. You go at your own pace. The Belmont location has the best staff, coaches and owner and the gym is impeccably clean. The atmosphere is high energy with fantastic music. It’s my favorite way to start my day! I highly recommend this location! 🍊🧡🎶👟
October 01 · Michelle RubinThis is the worst gym I’ve ever seen. Don’t waste your money—especially on their overpriced and inaccurate watch. In my opinion, it’s just a clever business model to take money from people. You’re better off joining a larger gym where you can access a variety of classes and actually receive decent customer service. $189 for nothing, with very, very rude and unprofessional staff. They just want to take your money.Reply:A gym is supposed to be a place where you can feel good and escape the stress of life. Of course, I forgot to check in about the freeze—I have a million things on my mind. I never received any email or phone call asking if I wanted to continue the freeze. And it's not the end of the world if I'm 15 minutes late; I should still be able to enter. Why are you responding now with all of this? In the end, you charged me $189, and I can’t even use the gym. You take advantage of people. You said, “this is business and there are conditions,” but in my opinion, a gym should support your well-being, not add more stress. Please, everyone, do not choose this gym. It’s all about fake prestige and offers nothing in return.
June 02 · Sameerah TalafhaI’ve been an OTF member since fall 2022. I’ve been to my share of studios across the country. OTF Belmont is by far my favorite studio! Love the front desk staff and coaches. I love it when the coaches correct me on form or push me to use heavier weights, and that’s exactly what coach Kate, Brandon, and Caroline do. I obviously have my favorites but overall this is a fantastic studio with a truly supportive clientele. I’ve made some wonderful friends here.
January 31 · Farnaz PezeshkiAll of the coaches at OTF Belmont are professional, encouraging, and welcoming. They work hard to create a community where people feel like they belong and push themselves to improve their mindset and their fitness. All of the coaches are great at modeling exercises, offering modifications, and gently pointing out how to improve your form. This is a community where members are supported, encouraged, and celebrated. I appreciate all of their hard work! ❤️
