Not having to think of a workout and being coached through the entire class is like 1 on 1 training for an hour. Coaches will always correct when form is not right which is so helpful! They are so motivating and with work family balance and life it’s one of the things i look forward to most! Holding yourself accountable and PRing on bench marks makes it even more fun and a way to monitor all the progress that’s being made! Definitely worth it in my opinion!
