Orangetheory Fitness Introduce
Introduction / Overview
For residents of Beaverton, Oregon, who are looking for a fitness program that is as engaging as it is effective, Orangetheory Fitness is a popular and compelling choice. This isn't your average gym; it is a meticulously designed, heart rate-based interval training program that takes the guesswork out of working out. The core philosophy of Orangetheory is rooted in the science of Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC), which means the workouts are structured to keep your metabolism burning calories for hours after you've finished. The workouts are always different, ensuring you are never bored and your body is consistently challenged. Members praise the "supportive and fun staff," who act as coaches and motivators throughout the class. This sense of community and accountability is a key reason why so many people in the Oregon region find success at Orangetheory. It's a place where the music is "hype," the atmosphere is welcoming, and the results are tangible. For those who are in their 40s or beyond and feel like their body has more to give, or for anyone who has struggled with motivation, this is a program that provides the guidance and structure needed to unlock your full potential.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been attending this studio since July 2021 and appreciate the staff so much. They push me, supportive of injuries and restrictions, and are so understanding of everyone. The music is hype, workouts are always different, and other members are welcoming!
July 24 · Jem WongI have been attending OTF and specifically this location for about six months now. I love the studio layout and the supportive and fun staff, which makes all the difference in the people they attract and environment when you are there.I love the no pressure workouts, the music, the community. The workouts change from day-to-day, and there are always challenges that allow you to push your limits. I’m never bored, and going never feels like a chore. Most importantly, I am so happy with my improved health and athleticism.I’m in my mid 40s and realize there is so much more my body can do than I realized. Give it a try!
July 27 · Kelly LevineEveryone here is super friendly and I always feel great after my workout! The trainers are very helpful and are always there for you if you need anything. I love the group setting because it pushes you to do your best but the heart rate monitor allows you to stick to your personal and individual goals as well. You can try your first class for free!!
January 28 · Breeze DuvallOTF is the best workout out there! I’ve never felt better about my fitness level. The coaches are informative and encouraging and no two workouts are the same. I look forward to every workout and always leave feeling a sense of accomplishment. Yeah, it’s that good!
November 12 · joe hunterEDIT: I've reduced my rating to 2 stars due to their coercive retention policies. The service itself is great, but they don't want to let you leave if you need to take some months off. Be prepared to be billed an extra month, have to talk to a manager, and fill out a bunch of forms...just to cancel.Original review: Awesome staff and very streamlined onboarding. They got me up to speed quickly and never made me feel pressured or singled out (unlike a lot of other gyms / fitness groups I've experienced.) I felt encouraged/pushed to give my best without being overwhelmed. Great stuff!
