I need to workout in a community to get motivated and this is the best community. I have learned so much from the coaches (who are amazing) of how much more I can actually do. I will show up on my most struggling days and walk out of there feeling accomplished and my energy has totally shifted. I highly recommend giving this a shot, you won’t regret it. I mean you might at first but then fall in love like the rest of us.

I can't stress this enough: you do NOT already have to be in shape to start working out at OTF. The model is set up so you work to your own level, whatever that may be, and there are all shapes and ages at this gym. Workouts are consistently interesting but explained clearly. I love going and being told what to do for an hour and then feeling great about myself after. Also, I truly appreciate the owners' community support. The Hingham OTF supports local nonprofits via charity drives, classes where proceeds are donated to organizations or causes, and also simply hanging flyers for local civic groups to get the word out about their events (you'd be surprised how many merchants won't do this!) The owners do not live in Hingham so I'm especially appreciative of their commitment to our community. Highly recommend!
