I've been with Will for +5 years. He is always ready to suggest improvements to me when I need correction. He is constantly motivating and encouraging his class participants. Also, I feel way more energized and not so sore to the point where it feels extremely painful to do anything. Not only am I motivated to work out, but I also feel like I have the energy and capability to do way more physical activities outside of working out. The energy of the room is so positive as well!Lastly, they were so helpful in getting me started. I felt heard with all of my fitness goals. Also, they are extremely flexible with any health concerns and limitations. One of the things holding me back was just that. I feel completely safe and capable of completing the workout! I’m so happy I took the leap into starting with OTF!
