I’ve been coming to this studio since they opened post-2020. There are lockers, two restrooms and two shower rooms. The workout room is spacious enough with a row of treads on the right, strength floor on the left, and rowers in the back. The staff are ok, not as friendly as my LI studio front desk, but usually there’s only one person there.What would make this a five star studio? 1) More strength classes would be great since the weekend 8am strength 50 class is always waitlist only, and the 9:15 and 10:30 regular classes aren’t full. 2) the coaches are fine/good. Compared to some Long Island studios though, those coaches prep their playlist for the Push and All Out intervals and really cheer us on. So it feels like those coaches are putting in some prep and it doesn’t feel like I’m just running/ lifting to whichever playlist is on with no beat change.I don’t go enough to warrant my monthly membership so I’ll switch to a class pack. I texted the studio and got the cancellation form quickly. No problems there compared to some other reviews. - Olivia
