Phenomenal way to keep my conditioning and weight training going. The team at OT helps me accomplish what I need to do, effectively and efficiently. Studio has lots of classes and options to mix it up. Add in the sympathetic bonding with fellow classmates and like magic, the grind of working out transforms into an achievable habit (almost 3 years now). I travel a lot, and it is easy to set up an OT workout wherever I am - helps me feel comfortable in a new place.
